Joint Seminar with Driver Trett and Steptoe LLP

Providence Law Asia, in collaboration with Driver Trett and Steptoe LLP, is proud to present a seminar titled “Managing Adverse Physical Conditions and Increased Costs in Singapore Construction Projects”. 

Our Director, Zhuo Jiaxiang, is speaking alongside Kenneth Kang and Zachary Song to look at Singapore construction projects that encounter adverse subsurface conditions, such as utility infrastructure, that will pose significant challenges to contractors. Challenges relating to the time and costs that can be expended trying to work around such obstacles will also be discussed.
