7th ICC India Arbitration Day in New Delhi

Our Managing Director, Abraham Vergis, S.C. will be speaking at the 7th ICC India Arbitration Day at a session titled “Arbitrating Beyond Borders – Cross Jurisdictional Perspectives on Effective Advocacy and Settlement” on 16 November (Saturday), at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi.

Abraham will be speaking alongside Sara Koleilat-Aranjo, Andrew Cannon and Shruti Sabharwal with Prakash Pillai moderating the session. The speakers will be discussing the unique challenges and opportunities surrounding cross-jurisdictional arbitration, with a focus on its impact on settlement and effective advocacy.
