APIEx Symposium 2024

Our Director, Vanathi Ray, will be speaking at the APIEx Symposium 2024 in a session titled “The Use of Information in Valuation Disputes – Legal and Practical Perspectives” on Thursday, 28 November 2024, 2.25pm, at NTUC Centre, One Marina Boulevard.

Vanathi will be speaking alongside Jonathan Ellis, Chua Ai Leng, and Devathas Satianathan. The speakers will provide an in-depth analysis of the types of information that could and should be used in valuations. Building on the APIEx Seminar “Ex Ante & Ex Post Assessments of Damages: Crystal Balls vs Rearview Mirrors? (19 September 2024),” the panel will also focus on the use of information after the valuation date and the circumstances in which this may be appropriate.
