2nd International Bar Association Litigation and ADR Symposium

Our Managing Director, Abraham Vergis, S.C., chaired the panel session titled “Senior counsel roundtable – hot topics in dispute resolution” at the 2nd International Bar Association Litigation and ADR Symposium held at Le Meridien, New Delhi. The session brought together eminent senior counsel – Akshay Bhan, Arvind Datar, Promod Nair, Gaurav Pachnanda SA, and Madhavi Doradia Divan where they discussed best practices picked up through years of navigating the Indian courts and the exposure and experience gained in alternative forums..

Abraham was also a panelist at the session titled “Case management: the right strategies and solutions”, where he discussed practice-related issues involving ideal case management order, the priority accorded to case management hearings and the implementation of the same with The Honourable Justice Jayasankaran Nambiar, The Honourable Justice Prathiba Singh and Sudhir Gupta.
