C5’s Crypto and Digital Asset Fraud & Recovery Conference 2023 – London

Our Managing Director, Abraham Vergis, S.C., will be speaking at the C5’s Crypto and Digital Asset Fraud & Recovery Conference at a session titled “Property or Not: Crypto and Digital Assets as Protectable Assets?” on 14 June 2023, at Hilton London Kensington.

Abraham will be speaking alongside Ms Charlotte Bhania and Ms Sarah Murray on Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). Several jurisdictions have recently held that NFTs are protectable digital assets and a form of legal property, while others are still grappling with the issue of NFTs’ property rights. The panel will be discussing these legal developments and their implications for the world of digital assets.
