ICC Arbitration Conference in Mumbai 2024

Our Counsel, Hari Veluri, will be participating in a debate at the ICC Arbitration Conference on the motion “This House believes that an arbitration clause permitting one party to unilaterally appoint the sole arbitrator is valid under law“. The debate will take place on 14 September, at Trident Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Hari will be speaking alongside Abhileen Chaturvedi, Ankita Godbole and Rhia Marshall with Alok Jain moderating the session. The speakers will be discussing the key issues in domestic and international arbitration, with a special attention being placed on Indian practice and experiences under the ICC Arbitration Rules.
