Providence Law Asia LLC and Steptoe LLP, in collaboration with International Chamber of Commerce, are proud to present a seminar titled “Award enforcement in Hong Kong and Singapore, and hurdles in the arbitration process”.

Our Director, Jiaxiang Zhuo, will be speaking alongside Kim Rooney and Zachary Song to dissect the latest Hong Kong and Singapore decisions on challenges to the enforcement of arbitration awards, and common pitfalls parties encounter in arbitration enforcement proceedings.
