Please join our Director, Jiaxiang Zhuo who will be speaking at the THAC ADR Week 2023 at a session titled “ESG Disputes in International Arbitration: A Growing Trend” on 6 November 2023, at Tilleke & Gibbins.

Jiaxiang will be speaking alongside Robert Tang and Julie Raneda, with Anyamani Yimsaard moderating the session. The speakers will share their thoughts on the rise in ESG-related disputes in global business practices and the international legal framework and impact of the energy transition.
